Far exceeded expectations, from booking the reservation to check out this is a 5 star experience. Private beach and fitness center with shuttle drivers that will pick you up from driveway and bring you back. The house is safe comfortable, quiet and peaceful. Patio is a vibe itself. Perfect place to bring kids for a convenient beach get away “all essentials for a fun day at the beach included boogie boards frisbees coolers life jackets and more it’s also a nice wagon to carry it all in across the street to the beach. It really feels like home once you get unpacked. Conveniently stocked kitchen “keurig, bottle opener corkscrews, everything to cook a full meal and bake a cake ziplock bags and aluminum foil you name it it’s there. Large fridge and dining table for 8. The staff and neighbors really make you feel like you belong there, no hotel can ever compare to this experience if you like privacy and don’t want to feel like a tourist. Clean fresh linens and washer and dryer in house.⭐️⭐️⭐

Perfect for our stay with two adults and four kids. The games were a great provision for downtime! Loved the location, the short distance to the beach and pool, and the beach house. The boogie boards at the house were a hit with my kids as well as all the sand toys. The area was private and quiet for a restful week together. Will definitely be back!

Our family stays often in VRBO/AIRBNB's! Of all that we stayed in. None have been as stocked as this one. It was nice to have quality products also! VERY prompt and friendly communication! We made great memories and enjoyed the STUNNING ocean(probably the best beach in Florida!) Nice pool and easy access by walking or the shuttle! Great experience!

I would definitely recommend booking with AJ and Jenise. They allowed early check in. Their home felt just like home. They had extra towels and rags, games, kitchen had everything you would need to cook including seasonings. Home was very clean in a great area right near the beach as well. There are no complaints I would definitely book again.

AJ and Jenise's place was amazing! It had everything we needed as a family of four and more. The place was very child friendly and had all the baby gear we needed for our stay. I would definitely recommend it and stay there again if I visit Orlando again. We felt at home from day 1.

A acomodação é exatamente como descrita e exposta nas fotos. Casa aconchegante, limpa, tudo organizado, fácil de acessar, sem barulhos externos e a localização é o ponto alto, sendo perfeita para os deslocamentos mais comuns (mercado, outlets, parques, Orlando). Estávamos em 2 famílias, sendo 4 adultos e 4 crianças; o quarto do Mickey ficou perfeito para as crianças enquanto os outros 2 quartos ficaram para os casais. Gostamos muito também da rapidez de resposta dos anfitriões: comunicação clara e rápida faz toda a diferença! Voltaríamos a nos hospedar nesse local, com toda certeza e recomendo muito para quem busca uma acomodação com esse perfil.

AJ and Jenise are excellent communicators. They are quick to respond to all questions. The townhouse was pristine and there were no issues that needed to be corrected. The only thing I would change is a longer stay!!

Nossa família (4 pessoas) e a família de amigos (4 pessoas) ficamos hospedados na casa por 10 dias. A casa é exatamente como apresentado nas fotos e atendeu perfeitamente às nossas necessidades. A localização é excelente, muito próxima aos parques, outlets e mercados. A casa já contava com alguns itens iniciais de higiene pessoal e de uso doméstico, o que foi extremamente útil, além de mimos como café, biscoitos, pipoca etc, que adoramos!! As crianças adoraram os jogos e o quarto temático. Quando tivemos um problema com a água, AJ e Jenise foram extremamente prestativos e rapidamente providenciaram alguém para verificar a situação, mesmo sendo quase véspera de Ano Novo. Recomendamos a casa do AJ e da Jenise!!!

our family of eight had such a wonderful time stay here. It truly felt like a home away from home. Everything we needed was provided and more! The community is beautiful, with lots of amenities, including a bakery. It's definitely an easy trip to the Disney parks. Around the bend from Old World in Orlando. The theme decor of the house was perfect a family with kids. There were plenty of room for a large family to spread out and relax. We would absolutely love to return again sometime soon. The house was fully stocked to get a family from far away to start a vacation.
